Service Disruption means any disruption to customer services on the Underground Network comprising an interruption to station services, full or partial station closures, platform closures, escalator failures (either partial or total failures, that add to each passengers’ overall journey time) excluding the escalator on which the Contractor is undertaking planned works Only Disruption events ticked below shall be applicable to this contract C.1Train Delays (a train stays for more than 2 minutes longer than scheduled at any location). C.2 Signal Failures (a train is delayed for more than 2 minutes, followed by a period of through-running at reduced speed affecting subsequent trains, which is due to a signal points or track circuit failure or defect, until such signal is fully C.3restored). Partial or Full Line Suspensions (no train service is available for 15 minutes throughout a railway line in either direction (Full Line Suspension) or no train service is available for 15minutes between specific stations on a railway line (Partial C.4Line Suspension)). Train Cancellations (a train is withdrawn from the scheduled service) C.5 Station Closure (trains do not stop at the affected station)  C.6 Platform Closure (trains do not stop at the affected platform)  C.7 Depot Delays (operations within the Depot are delayed) Depot Late Start-Ups (the time a train is first able to enter C.8service is later than the scheduled time) Engineering Hours Delay (any services running or works C.9being carried out during engineering hours) Speed Restrictions Disruptions not ticked in table immediately above are not applicable to this Contract
