Quick responses to every request, AMAZING graphics abilities (true talent, not just software knowledge), several revisions without hesitation. One of the first graphic artists I've worked with that I can just explain what I want & she get's it 99 percent on the first try. She provided what every employer is looking for, a final product (to be submitted to Fortune 500 companies) that represents my company better than I could have imagined when I hired her!
