Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu made a statement after the earthquakes in Hatay.
The statements of the nobleman are as follows:
"There was an independent earthquake with a magnitude of 6.4. There was an independent earthquake. As a result of the scanning of the area, we learned that 3 of our citizens, 1 in Antakya, 1 in Defne, and 1 in Samandağ, lost their lives.

213 people were hospitalized. There have been 42 reports so far. There are no cases in 39 reports. It was removed from the rubble with minor interventions. There is an assessment that another part of the fault broke in Antakya. Search and rescue work continues in 3 wrecks.
DAMAGED AND DESTROYED BUILDINGS INSPECTED WITH BAYRAKTAR TB2 UAV
After the Hatay-centered earthquakes, Bayraktar TB2 type unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) belonging to the General Directorate of Security supported the search and rescue and damage assessment efforts in the region.
According to the information obtained, Bayraktar TB2 UAV belonging to the General Directorate of Security Aviation Department was dispatched to the region after the earthquakes of 6.4 and 5.8 magnitudes that occurred in Hatay.
Bayraktar TB2 UAV, flying over the residential areas in the region, transferred the images reflected to the night vision camera live to the AFAD Emergency Management Center in Ankara.
The units watching the footage at the center guided the teams in the region and supported the search and rescue and damage assessment efforts.
LIFE LOSS RISE TO 6
While trying to get their belongings from their flats in the damaged 4-storey building in the Gazi District of Antakya, the lifeless body of 1 person was removed from the rubble 10 hours later, during the search and rescue efforts initiated for 3 people who remained in the wreckage of the building destroyed in the earthquake.
Thus, the loss of life in two earthquakes in Hatay rose to 4. With the dead bodies found in the morning hours, the total loss of life rose to 6.
At the moment, our search and rescue teams are trying to go to other reports at full speed. We send our best wishes.
In the meantime, a warning about rising water in the sea passed from Kandilli Observatory both to us and to over 10 countries. Later, the information that this danger has passed came and the warning was withdrawn.
These aftershocks have repeated 26 more times so far. We are still continuing our warning against entering risky buildings this evening. The buildings that should not be entered in Defne, Antakya and this vicinity are entered and goods are transported. This is extremely risky. Aftershocks continue. Entering those buildings and entering the buildings without any evaluation of our teachers can cause disasters.

MINISTER KOCA: WE HAVE 294 INJURED, 18 OF THEM ARE IN SERIOUS CONDITION
Health Minister Fahrettin Koca made the following statements in his statement on his social media account Twitter:
We have 294 injured in the two earthquakes we experienced in Hatay tonight. Unfortunately, the condition of 18 of them is serious. After the first medical intervention, they were transported to Adana and Dörtyol by air and land. Field Hospitals in all our districts continue to provide the necessary service for our patients. In some of our health institutions that continued their services after the February 6 earthquakes, it was observed that some cracks formed in this third earthquake, which cannot be examined in detail at the moment, and our patients were referred as a precaution. I wish to get well soon to our injured, patients, local people and all the people of our country. May Allah ease our pain with health and well-being, and protect us from new pains and worries.
