I have been doing AI and machine learning research for about two years and have become familiar with enough of the general tasks and their respective approaches (as well as implementing a few of my own) to feel comfortable offering this as a service who feel their project could benefit from machine learning. Prefer fixed price but rate is based on 40% tax rate for freelancers, I receive 15$/hr.
