         Responsible for management of releases of banking software products across the enterprise for multiple applications. These releases can be inclusive of application updates, application security improvements, software upgrades, project deployments and program deployments and deploy releases into production.

         Managed up to $5m in value and 6 to 18 months in duration projects including Agile projects and performed the role of Scrum master using TFS tool.

         Proficient in DevOps methodology.

         Responsible for implementing and managing release processes for the progression of code in the Release Management responsibilities also include building the IT Release Calendar. This will be done by working closely with the business services team, and the IT project and program managers from different areas across IT. Responsible for providing a centralized view of all releases. Responsible for defining the IT strategic direction for release management tools for IT to ensure the process requirements of release management are built in to all defined processes.

         Responsible for defining the cutover and implementation plan which includes go/no go live projects, pre and post implementation in production environment. (Verification, Backout and Roll out plans)

         Responsible for leading QA testers, reviewing Master Test Plans, System Test Plans and Test logs and Test Scripts, Regression Testing & Analysis, Bug detection and raising Remedy Tickets, Issue resolution, QA Metrics. Implementing CMM level 5 processes and QA Sign off. Conducting walk- thru’s in co-ordination with Development and User Acceptance and Business Analysts. Conducting performance reviews and defining QA objectives and automation process.
