Clear all the failed mainframe jobs and late shouts alerts in an eight hour shift. 

Work with splunk queries to monitor traffic in mainframe regions in order to document the number of transactions on our server. 

I also employ BBI or mainview to monitor system health. 

Communicated internationally with other companies and teams via zoom to resolve high priority job failures. 

Worked in Datastage activities such as: Monitoring of queues, which will sync data between Mainframe and SQL databases.

Monitor mainframe job batch cycles. 

Fix failed mainframe jobs. 

Debug invalid data from output files. 

Attend delayed/overdue jobs. 

Work on incident tickets, front door requests and stories. 

Interact with vendor systems and other technology systems different than mainframe.

Contact different companies with respect to late shouts for jobs that are waiting for incoditions, such as internal files and jobs, in addition to files and jobs from different companies.
