In the Covid-19 pandemic situation, health is the most important thing. One of the most effective ways to maintain body fitness is of course adhering to health protocols as well as by getting used to exercise to keep the body fit. Exercising outdoors is now the most popular alternative, as long as it´s not in a crowd. Mere, many experts say that sunlight is very good for maintaining.
I suggest exercising to improve physical fitness during covid-19:
- Jumping rope
- running 25 minutes
- And don't forget to always keep your body clean and maintain a diet and adequate rest.
