Major Analyst on Bryce Young: 'A Combina

$25/hr Starting at $25

CINCINNATI — ESPN'S Dan Orlovsky sees a lot of Joe Burrow's game in potential 2023 No. 1 pick Bryce Young.

Orlovsky broke down the former Alabama's passers game on Get Up this week.

"What do you do with the moments of panic?" Orlovsky said. "And he's the best at it. He's the best since Joe Burrow. That's why Bryce is a combination of Steph Curry, where everything is moving around him and is moving fast, but it doesn't to him, plus Joe Burrow. Don't panic with the football. That's the difference between him and all the other kids in his class and the young guys in this class. That's the number one quality that I want in a quarterback because that's the reality of the NFL now."

Burrow's poise and pocket maneuverability has been crucial during Cincinnati's consecutive trips to the AFC Championship Game.

Yet, he has all of that in a 6-foot-4, 215-pound frame. Meanwhile, Young is 5-foot-10 and listed at 204 pounds. He likely won't play at that weight making his pro projection harder to gauge than Burrow's.
