My role would consist of daily logging onto sites such as Airbnb, VRBO, Hospitable, Buildium etc. to respond to customer/tenant questions and concerns in a positive polite manner. I make sure all guests/tenants are comfortable and taken care of at all times. I also virtually manage the cleaners to ensure the properties can be cleaned prior to guest visits and new leasing. I also manage service technicians to maintain the home and yard to keep reviews and ratings high and profitable.
