Michelle has more than 20 years experience leading major technology implementations in a senior capacity as a Project/Programme Manager, with more than 17 full SDLC projects. Prior to that, her roles included Solution Architect, Management Consultant and developer across multiple applications and platforms including AWS, Cloud for Oracle, Kronos, SuccessFactors and SAP.

Her background is with global top tier consultancies.

She has extensive delivery experience in digital transformation including for shared services centres and large global solution template implementations with remote, multidisciplinary teams across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, India, Europe and the Americas. She has worked across the full system lifecycle with end to end delivery, covering a broad industry base, including banking and finance, automation, manufacturing, transport, telecommunications, insurance, health, government.
