• Manage department office for Executive Director and nine staff. • Department Data Analyst, analyzing data in company database, creating queries and running reports, maintaining member record information, processing member payments, pledges, and credit cards with high accuracy and confidentiality. • Manage budgetary accounts, reconcile general ledger, prepare and enter journal entries to keep department aligned with budget goals. • Manage all department bulk mailings soliciting members. • Transcribe minutes for Peoria Public Radio Associate Board. • Administer student employee payroll.
