Leads small data analysis projects, from beginning to end which includes planning, execution and implementation of National Standards to be used by the regions. Coordinates editing and review of technical documents and requirements including; narrative descriptions, plans/presentations, requirement documents for change requests and status reports. Communicates technical details effectively and comprehensibly both verbally and in writing to end users. Acts as the point of contact for regional offices seeking guidance on policy, procedures and business strategy. Writes guidance to interpret policy into plain language for use and application throughout the program.
