I. Monitoring preparation of financial statements including Trial Balance, P & L A/c, Client Outstanding, Account Receivable / Payable, General Ledger, Receivable Management, Balance Sheets on monthly basis. II. Preparing general journal, general ledger, cash & bank book, debtors and creditors register. III. Implementing systems, procedures & manuals for preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and Financial Statements. IV. Analysing existing accounting procedures / systems and restructuring them in order to attain optimum efficiency levels. V. Maintaining the record of Bank and cash transactions. VI. Accounts such as Inter-Office Account, Fixed Assets account, Debit Notes, Fixed Assets Movement Notes etc.
