I manage a call center business in the Philippines for a client in the United States whom I never saw and meet in person. A stranger won't be trusted in this business for 5 years and counting if I am not trustworthy and if he is not satisfied with the quality of my work. The operations I handle is from front end to back end. Starting with hiring, training, data mining for leads, sales support, logistics, collections even up to payroll. I do my job as if I am the business owner who would never want to let the business down. My passion, hardwork and dedication on top of my skills, set me apart from others. I believe that excellent performance is not enough. It must be combined with professional ethics for it to be truely fruitful for the clients.
