 Ensures the safe keeping of all legal books, manuals, pamphlets and other related materials.

NATURE OF WORK:

 Well experienced in office communication and correspondence.

 Computer software running.

 Prepare and maintain record of workers.

 Maintain and updates files and records pertaining to the section.

 Prepare and keeps records of orders.

 Inputs daily incoming and outgoing correspondence, records correspondence forward to all concerned and action taken.

 Answer various telephone calls from within and outside and takes messages and advises the supervisor.

 Maintain staffs leave records.

 Regular contacts with employees in the division and other employees in the medical group.

 Well versed with Internet, E-mail, and Fax machine.

Have 2 & 4 wheeler Indian Union Driving license.
