I am a Mechanical Engineer and presently working with Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. (SPCL),India as Deputy Manager with 11.5 Years of Experience in Project Management and MEP Projects Execution. Presently looking for Freelancing in areas of Project Management & MEP Services(HVAC design,Fire Fighting,Plumbing)Contract Management and Data Entry Jobs. Currently Fully responsible for Project Execution,Negotiation with vendor or sub-contractors and handover multiple EPC Projects with MEP related to shopping malls, multiplexes, hospitals, high rise complexes, state-of-the-art commercial building, etc. MEP includes HVAC,Electrical Works,PLC Panel and Modular Cooling for Data Centre. The Key responsibility includes Project Execution and commitment to ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources and procurement without compromising on Quality & Safety. Responsibility Includes: (a) Independently handling overall site & co-ordination of MEP services.And leading a Team & Supervising of Onsite MEP Works through Contractors. (b) Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Client- Main Contractor and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions. (c) Monitoring project budgets & schedule & oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution. (d) Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design. Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records. (e) Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, and Contract Drawings & BOQ. (f) Achieve ZERO HSE Tolerance.
