"Expertise in performing manual testing in the following ": Functional, Integration, Sanity (Smoke), System / End-To-End, Boundary, Regression, Environment/Compatibility (Cross-Platform / Cross-Browser) using Black Box approaches 3. Have extensive Knowledge on Test documentation: Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Traceability Matrix, review of test documents and defect management. 4. Experience in Product testing, Hot fixes and Service Packs. 5. Worked with the Project Manager and other technical leaders to establish time tables and agree on a Quality Assurance plan for the implementation. 6. Strong Knowledge of all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). 7. Working knowledge on Agile Process and different testing methodologies. 8. Adding use cases and its corresponding task in the TFS Application for Agile process. 9. Analyzing deadlines and ensuring deliverables are concluded according to agreed work plan, time, cost and quality parameters. 10. Pro-Active to Triage Issues, proficient in meeting project timelines. 11. Good Knowledge in analyzing User Needs and Software Requirements. 12. Proficient in delivering Presentations required for a “Knowledge Transfer”, which summarizes the Project related work. 13. Proficient in using tools like LoadRunner and Visual Studio components. 14. Performance testing process – Gathering requirements, Preparing Test Plan, Creating Test Scripts, Design Scenarios, Test Execution, Analysis & Reporting. 15. Experienced in testing applications involving HTTP/HTML, Mobile Application (HTTP/HTML) and thick client application. 16. Good level of experience in using VMWare VSphere to create and manage Virtual machines . 17. Good exposure to Knowledge Management and CRM applications 18. Good level of experience in using AWS cloud, configuring and managing environments
