Data driven qualification and industrialisation of additive and advanced production systems for critical industries. My current academic interests include additive manufacturing, aerospace production, model-based systems engineering, quality management, and digital production technologies. I have developed a model-based production systems engineering approach for the qualification and certification of metal laser powder bed fusion for aerospace applications. I have published research related to model-based production systems design and development approaches, manufacturing management systems implementation, qualification and control procedures for aerospace production, aviation certification reviews, and metal alloy development and characterisation.
