- Initiate government policy/procurement in EU, Asia, and USA for medical countermeasures and diagnostic devices - Author research articles and advocate economic policy for medical countermeasures - Gain access to KOLs at government ministries (health, military, interior) to shape policy and procurement (tendering process) - Identify political and payer hurdles and lobby solutions - Lead/support cross-functional teams to prepare for market launch (incl. health outcome studies)
