Graduated from IE Business School with a Masters degree in Market Research & Consumer Behavior ,where I was trained to transfer theories we take in class to real world projects by applying researching, analyzing, and interpreting skills. We had a challenge project at the end of each term with top multinational companies such as Nielsen, Millward Brown and Orange Telecommunication, in which we were required to practice our gained skills in a professional way and present our results, solutions and recommendations to the jury (IE Professors and Managers from the company). For instance, the Millward Brown project aimed to identify the relationship “Young Luxury Buyers” have with Social Media when interacting with their favorite luxury brands. After finishing our study and discovering that most luxury brands failed to connect with their consumers through social media. We recommended that there should be an increased use of technology to enhance the in-store experience while keeping the human touch in closely managing customer relationships.
