I can do market research and data entry for all types of data. Along with data entry work i have experience of content writing. i can do payroll, HR and admin work also. • Managing Team of 6 staff members. • Monitor employee productivity and optimize procedures to reduce cost. • Managing all the process and functions within the office. • Scheduling work and Rota’s to meet fluctuations in staffing levels and workloads. • Recruiting, Leading, Motivating, Training and developing staff. • Coordinating with UK clients to monitor the quality of services they are receiving. • Responsible for the disciplinary and grievances procedures. • Preparing payroll for 2,250+ employees • Maintaining the data and Preparing MIS reporting of New Joiner’s, Leavers and Change of Contractual Hours. • Preparing MIS of Employees (Attendance, Leave & OT records) in excel sheet. • Preparing various absenteeism reports such as annual leave, sickness, unpaid leave reports. • Maintaining employees record, their personal files, accuracy of incoming and outgoing of time. • Calculating full and final settlement of all leavers. • Maintained and organized staff calendar / reminder system. • Served as liaison between senior management and client to streamline flow of information. • Continuously working on Kaizen Therapy, for Process improvement and Automation • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting tight timelines. • Implementing new initiatives and making sure all staff understand them.
