1) MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship helped me gain the following skills: • Significantly gained skills of development of an effective business model based on the idea and concept • Market research skills • Possess knowledge of creating new business through various new business establishment modules • Using appropriate tools for making decisions likes decision tree, Maximax, 6 thinking hats, Simple Multi-Attribute Technique • Evaluating the significance of customer segmentation in value addition 2) Looking after the cattle feed business which is owned by my dad has given capabilities in developing business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing the options. 3) Developed a excel based tool for calf rearing which will help to reduce the cost of rearing the claves without compromising the growth rate. The additional benefits of the tool are nutrition support and health care. 4) I am building a dairy farm management tool to fulfil the nutrition requirement and provide health care support at the optimum price at Binsar Farm Private Limited. This process has led me to understand cattle biology, dairy farm economics and economizing.
