When I was pursing my first degree at the University of Hong Kong, I joined an internship program at the Hong Kong Red Cross. The job nature can be devided into two parts.
The first part is marketing function. I wrote social media posts and used Photoshop to edit photos for the posts to publicize department's marketing campaigns. Furthermore, I used Microsoft Excel functions including Vlookup and Pivot Table to organize data of audience reactions and finally analyse the effectiveness of our marketing stragegies.
The second part is office administrative support. I helped take minutes of team meeting and insert data of marketing campaigns into Microsoft Excel files.
