I'm a marketing and communications professional, as well as an ACE certified personal trainer and health coach. Much of my experience is in communications for a health insurance company, focusing on member experience, wellness, and quality and continuous improvement initiatives. I also have communications experience working with nonprofit organizations, primarily in regard to event marketing, newsletters, and social media. I hold a BA in Journalism from the University of Oregon, specializing in magazine writing. I offer writing, designing, editing, and research services. In addition, I am able to work within style and brand guidelines, and work with clients to focus marketing and communication efforts to meet specific goals and objectives. My rates may be negotiable depending on the scope of the project.
