I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations in December 2011. Since then, I have performed more than three years of sales, marketing, and customer service experience. In that time, I have gained in-depth knowledge of the various tasks and duties required of an agent across the spectrum of job roles. I have wide-ranging familiarity with Microsoft Office, other management soft, graphic software and have developed a suite of effective tools to keep the office organized and on task. I have all of the skills and experience that you’re looking for, and I’m confident that I would be a superstar in this role.
