I have earned my Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Faculty of Technology and Engineering, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in May ’15. I then started working for Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Heavy Engineering division and continued till June ’17. During my tenure at L&T, I was responsible for work power management, micro planning of projects at shop levels, adhering stringent deadlines of various projects, reducing rework, improving quality and maintaining strict safety compliance. In addition to this, I was also responsible for giving training in workers as well as juniors. I was ISMS 27001:2013 representative for production department and updated 'risk and asset registers’ without any non-compliance during the audit. During the first year of MBA, I have won several competitions in the field of marketing, analytics and operations. Currently, I am working as a coordinator of Purvodaya, which is the annual B-school festival of IIT Kharagpur, in which I am responsible for developing corporate relations with the festival. Apart from that, I am the coordinator of Supply chain and Operations Club of IIT Kharagpur. Planning on macro as well as micro level, cost optimization, creativity & team management are some of my key skills.
