I am a Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant with around 6 years of experience working with Pardot (Salesforce's B2B Marketing Automation platform). I have worked directly for Salesforce as a Marketing Automation Consultant and prior to that as their European Services Manager for Pardot (managing the implementation, client advocate and technical support teams). The Service Managers role was very hands on so my product knowledge and technical skills were called upon regularly. I have personally successfully implemented over one hundred customers and positively impacted hundreds more during my tenure at Salesforce.
