Working for big companies has given me the opportunity to learn and qualify myself for several skills. Communication is vital on every project, as well as teamwork. As a freelancer I seek a direct communication with my customer to ensure that every aspect of the project is understood. Customer Service job positions have given me the knowledge to value the urgency of the requests and it has also helped me to understand customer needs and it has made easier for me to manage the balance between the requirements of the customer and the best service that can be provided. All of the above was truly learned from my co-workers, my supervisors and of course the customers with whom I interacted directly and by phone and mail. Languages is one of my key points. Speaking Spanish, English, French and Portuguese has helped me achieve a lot. I still have a lot to learn, and Im open to it.
