My marketing plans are built from my own hands on experience with the company inside and out. At the last manufacturing / industrial equipment firm, I worked in the shop for 2 months building equipment, then my next month I ventured in the office reviewing systems in place for Inside Sales & Outside Sales, visited with customers, reviewed competitors and completed a SWOT Analysis. A base marketing plan was completed to start on my gatherings over 3 months. Then I executed a marketing plan for product development and investment strategies which landed me into the strategy for a sales play book.
