Feel free to ask for specifics and you will be charged per service instead of being on per hour basis. I strongly believe in paying for results, so 70% of the total project amount is refundable if goals are not met. What I also do is ask for a bit more time to, if agreed, reach those objectives and do so free of charge. You should always get what you paid for.
