Colleen earned a degree in Public Relations from Seton Hall University. Her love for the food industry sparked at a young age working at both franchised restaurants and privately owned fine dining establishments. That passion continued to grown through internships at Synergy Events (a marketing agency specializing in mobile marketing, public relations events and stunts, product launches and sponsorship programs) and Five Points Partners, FPP, (a development and operation company for multi-unit brand concepts). In 2008, Colleen accepted a position at FPP as the Integrated Marketing Manager overseeing all marketing, public relations and advertising for the companies’ Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Subway and Dunkin Donuts locations.
