· Performing financial and operational due diligence (both buy and sell side).· Assistance in deal negotiations, including all financial aspects of contracts.· Providing market research and analysis services.· Consulting and assistance in all phases of Capex projects from feasibility to design, international bid management, contract negotiation, operational assistance and training. · Feasibility Study Management, including financial evaluation of the projects, preparation of project financing plan, operational management plans and forecasts.· Operational management services, including assistance in preparation of operational production schedules, budgets, manpower and equipment schedules.· Assistance in preparation of financial statements based on IFRS.
