Managed supply chain requirements for a $1 billion Engineering, Procurement, & Construction (EPC) contract for an upstream oil and gas project. Led the EPC Contractor in planning for the strategic procurement of all project requirements including vendor sourcing, supplier performance reviews, and materials management. As a joint effort with the project team, produced a cost reduction of $25 million below budget estimates during the
first year of project execute phase.
