- Lead cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, sales, public relations, health outcomes, medical, market research) to implement pre-launch marketing activities - Raise awareness of clinical trial data to prepare for rapid launch uptake - Build and head a robust thought leader management program (e.g. communication plan, workshops, symposia) - Grow the market by establishing an institute with thought leaders aimed to help national and European experts better diagnose the disease - Finalize and implement the marketing plan and brand strategy
