I've worked for several top ad agencies and some of the largest brands in the U.S., leading the research, data analysis, and marketing strategy for pivotal campaigns and programs, including the development of an annual marketing plan to help a Fortune 500 client optimize its $600,000,000 marketing budget. Additionally, while working at Facebook on the Global Customer Marketing team, I launched a customer segmentation and retention marketing strategy to increase engagement of businesses using Facebook Pages. This involved conducting longitudinal cohort analysis of 140,000 business Pages, tracking weekly admin usage, patterns and fan engagement metrics to create a lifecycle model of business Pages. The resulting marketing campaign increased Page admin engagement by 40%. Most recently, I led an IT outsourcing firm and was responsible for the efficient growth of monthly recurring revenue, while maintaining EBITDA margin. I worked with our team to increase revenue by 58% at a 57% earnings conversion rate within a 12-month period by scaling a new product and employing core processes across all teams. Moreover, I transformed the business model from hourly support service to a monthly subscription product with 3-year lock-ins, and grew subscription product run rate 11x from $100K to $1.1M within 24 months.
