And on Friday, the former Married At First Sight star answered a fan who asked her how she always manages to look so sexy. 

In an Instagram Stories post, the 34-year-old replied:  'I promise you I don't look sexy everyday. I only really show the good days.

'I do drink a tonne of water every single day. I need eight hours of sleep, if I don't get it I'm a demon.'

Martha added that she has a particular makeup item that always gives her confidence.  

'Lipliner will fix a multitude of sins and insecurities, once you find "your shade" don't be seen without it' she added.

Earlier on Friday, Martha said she's 'ashamed' to admit to what she does for a living Down Under - while in Europe and the USA, she feels more respected for her online career as an influencer.   

'In Australia it's constantly s**t on. Being an influencer is dirty,' she wrote in an Instagram Stories post. 

'Every time I travel and people ask me what I do I'm so embarrassed to even say it, because I've been conditioned to be ashamed,' she went on.  

'In Europe and the States it's so well received, They see it as entrepreneurial.'

Martha continued: 'I studied to be a nurse, I know what hard work is. I know how good I have it.

'I have the luxury to work from anywhere and any time (well not really any time). And sure we get good s**t, but we live under a microscope with thousands of people waiting for us to f**k up so they can all share it and write about it and laugh.' 

The pint-sized star has amassed over 642,000 Instagram followers since finding fame on MAFS three years ago and has racked up endorsement deals with some of Australia's biggest brands in the process.
