Married At First Sight's Sarah Roza shows off her surgically-enhanced figure in a skin-tight leather dress following BBL procedure as she attends event on the Gold Coast 

Sarah Roza was flaunting her new figure on Friday.  

The former Married At First Sight bride turned heads as she attended the launch of Celebrity Slim's Skinny B*tch low-calorie wine range on the Gold Coast. 

The 21-year-old stunned in a skin-tight leather dress which clung to her slender curves. 

Sarah added a chain belt to the dress, highlighting her slim waist, as well as gold accessories. 

As always she donned a glamourous makeup look with pink lipstick and smoky eye shadow. 

Her surgically-enhanced curves were on display in the dress which sat close to her figure. 

Sarah went under the knife for full-body liposuction and a Brazilian butt lift last year. 

She unveiled her new figure towards the end of August and also shared a series of graphic photos that were taken before and after her surgery.  

In the 'before' images, Sarah's naturally proportioned figure was covered in black markings to indicate the areas her surgeon planned to focus on.

The 'after' images showed the star's body looking bruised, while a piece of surgical gauze protected her modesty.

Her waist appeared dramatically slimmer after the procedure, while her bottom looked as if it had doubled in size.

Sarah said that while she has always considered herself a curvy girl, she wanted to get surgery to enhance the shape she already had. 

'I just couldn't naturally achieve the dream body I was after no matter how hard I dieted or exercised due to my age and hormones,' she continued.

Sarah decided to take the plunge and get Vaser liposuction on her arms, back, flanks/waist and abdomen.

She's not the only Married At First Sight star who has been under the knife for a BBL, with season seven star Cathy Evans also undergoing a similar procedure.
