I have excuted quite a few complex projects involves meatl stamping, plastics and machining parts for automotive, consumer electronics & airconditioner industries. Having spent over 17 years in the product development envioronment , I am fairly good at material selection, process design for metal stamping & machining with maximum cost control. I am basically a mechanical engineer, specialized in tool design , having fairly good experience in metal stamping industry & plastics.I make use of SOLIDWORKS 2006, Cimatron E6, PRO_E & CADDS5 for solid modeling & Autocad 2006 for 2D purpose.I have done quite lot of projects for consumer electronics, Automotive & office equpments, rght from porcess design to product development.
