    Dr. Luca is absolutely amazing! if he bids on your project hire him without giving it a second thought. I absolutely don't ever want to work with any other freelancer for this type of work after my experience with him. He is both brilliant and efficient. I don't know how humans are able to move mountains but he did that for me with a very complex topic, he handled it as if he were drinking water!
