I can convert your idea (sketches, images...) into a 3D CAD model and 2D drawing ready for manufacturing, tooling, prototyping, patent application... Upon receiving your sketch and briefing, I will make a design specifications document.
Deliverable will be :
- -3D CAD model
- -2D drawing with general dimensions and tolerances
- -2D drawing for patent application
- -2D drawing of the fully assembled product with the bill of materials.
- -2D drawing with assembly instruction.
I will perform a Design for Manufacture and Assembly analysis in which I inspected and analyzed the product design to ensure that the product can be manufactured reliably and at low cost.
I will design with following added engineering values :
- -Material selection -Design calculations
- -codes/standards
- -Design optimisation(Stress and Fatigue analysis)to determine the right thickness and dimensions of the product.
- -Moldflow Analysis to determine the manufacturability of plastic part design
- -Tolerance analysis to avoid interference fit problem during assembly of the final product (In the real world, plastics will shrink, cutters will lose their edge, and parts may not fit perfectly.).
Before commencing any work we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
