As a design and development department responsible my mission consists on: - Identifying needs with the client: Formulation of needs, preliminary study and drafting of specifications. - Pre-studying project: Framing project, reaserch, prototyping, preparation and presentation of solutions. - Studying project: Scheduling project, preparation of project definition folders and validation with the client. - Project launching: Suppliers consulting, negociation, realisation, project following and testing. - Project finalisation: Implentation and validation with the client. - Project Evaluation: Closing project and lauching the satisfaction survey
