Proficiency in various CAD software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, and Pro/ENGINEER.
Experience in creating 2D drawings, 3D models, and assemblies of mechanical components and products.
Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, such as material selection, stress analysis, and kinematics.
Familiarity with GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) and drafting standards.
Ability to create detailed bills of materials (BOMs) and perform design reviews.
Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software and data management systems.
Understanding of manufacturing processes, including sheet metal fabrication, injection molding, and machining.
Proficiency in creating technical documentation, such as user manuals and installation guides.
Familiarity with design for manufacturing (DFM) principles, and design for assembly (DFA) methods.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product managers.
