I am a Static Equipment Design Engineer having 6 years of experience. Have designed various pressure vessels, process columns, heat exchangers, Tanks, Air coolers etc As per ASME Sec VIII DIV 1,TEMA, AS 1210, API650, AS 4343 ,AD 2000etc . Have faced ASME U stamp audit in 2017 for Ador welding Limited as design engineer. Have good knowledge of design of vessels in wet H2S service as well as lethal service. Having experience in manufacturing of the static Equipments like reactors, coloums,drain vessels, fixed tubesheet heat exchangers, air coolers, rectangular shape vessels etc. Good knowledge of materials like CS, SS,high alloy steels used for the manufacturing of pressure vessels, columns. Vendor communications, dealing with clients for Manufacturing and design related issues. MR, TBE preparation for process equipments, Agitators, API pumps.
