DUTIES
• Concept Design 3d modeling and making detailed drawing of Air Intake, Front Cover &
 Exhaust Systems as per the design guidelines of Mahindra farm division.
• To design the 3d model of BIW System and its components as per the BIW layout
• Good knowledge on castings parts and understanding manufacturing drawings
• To prepare the engine Assembly ,Torque and Millipore charts
• Prepare 3d model and drawing of hose routings for engines assembly
• Good GD & T understanding, Tolerance stack up study to define drawing tolerance.
• Interfacing with CAE, CFD team & modifying design based on the design constraints
• Coordinate with suppliers & update the model and drawing feedbacks
