I have worked rather learnt by spending initial three years of my career under the guidance of numeral local fabricators or machinist who perhaps are the most underrated engineers in terms of knowledge. As being with them I take pride in ensuring that I have developed such a versatile kind of knowledge be it design of machines, fixtures, plastic enclosures which I couldn’t get exposed in my college days. Currently I am responsible for guiding my team of engineers who are working in different projects and mentoring them to complete those on time with quality as main consideration and timely updates to the clients on the project progress as it is one of the main criteria in maintaining healthy relationship with the clients. I am also responsible for getting in clients, by communicating technically the flow of work which we can offer.
