A Mechanical Engineer, Proficient in Machine Design, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Ansys WorkBench, providing Air Conditioning solutions, Designing Machine Components, Static and Dynamic Structure Design, Stress-Strain Simulation using Ansys Workbench. Also have direct knowledge of fabrication processes by Mills, Lathes, CNCs, Arc welders, Plasma cutters and Drill presses. As the founder and Project Lead of BUET’s Mars Rover Team-Interplanetar, I successfully led my team to “University Rover Challenge-2016” in USA. Prior to that I led my team to “European Rover Challenge-2015’’, another Mars Rover/Robotics competition in Poland. Through these projects I gained experience in Machine Design, as I simultaneously designed Mechanical Systems with my basic knowledge of ‘’Machine Design-1 & 2’’courses, optimized the system/system components using CAD (Solidworks) and ANSYS WorkBench as there were dimensional, weight, time and budget constraints. During my 3rd year of engineering, I participated in “NASA’s 4th Annual Lunabotics Mining Competition-2013” in Florida, USA as a Mechanical Sub-team member of BUET-Mechatrons. In this project we designed and built a fully functioning Lunar Rover for competing with 58 other teams from around the globe.
