I am a highly experienced 3D CAD Engineering Professional with a background in Operations, Project and Engineering. I have a proven success managing CAD Data for multi-million dollar turnkey projects and delivering 2D and 3D CAD Data to meet critical production requirements within strict timeframes.

Since 2008, I have been the designer, 3D modeller, draftsman, procurement manager, fabrication project manager and quality control inspector for the patented Rotary Distribution Apparatus (RDA). This is a multi-port (up to 36), multi-inlet Rotary Valve used in the Continuous Ion Exchange industry made up of Stainless Steel and polymer Components.

My niche is creating large scale assembly models in Solid Edge which can be driven by spreadsheets to modify the size and configuration of the assembly in a matter of minutes. This reduces the time to create Tender Drawings ( GA's) and BOM's to a matter of hours even for large scale models with 100s of parts. 

I am currently continuing with contractual work on a remote 'work from home' basis for a small team of process and mechanical engineers but I am open to new opportunities and/or working remotely with new teams.
