Completed 3 more R&D projects in FEA domain .Expertise in CAD modelling ,Modal Analysis,Fatigue analysis,Linear and Nonlinear analysis. Familiar tools are Creo,Fusion 360,Abaqus,Ansys,CFD and Matlab. After graduation worked as Research intern in Industrial-Institute collaborative research projects organized by University college of Engineering Nagercoil and Avtec Ltd. (a CK Birla Group Company). By this collaboration, the research projects named Modal analysis of transmission housing with various assembly conditions by Finite Element Modelling,Non-linear analysis of disc spring (DIN2093) using FEA to investigate the influence of geometric parameters and offset the negative stiffness region from its operating range by proper redesigning and Flow analysis for Metro GB leakage issue using CFD was successfully completed by me. During this time I was responsible for the pre-processing and meshing of entire complex geometry, Flow analysis in CFD, Non-Linear analysis ,natural frequency extraction for various assembly condition through modal analysis and documentation with proper validation
