As a Certified SolidWorks Professional using a Roland MDX-540 4 axis mill, I am able to make your concept a reality. Maximum milling size for a single part is 19.68" x 15.74" x 6.10". I am able to do any necessary PCB layout work, cabling, uethane casting, silicon molding, epoxy potting, electropolishing, or soldering necessary for the project. I currently do not do any sheet metal work, but I am able to work with any housings or chassis form factors you may already be working with.
