I am currently certified in medical dermatology coding. I have over years experience with the medical billing field from working at a medical/dental insurance company to working in a medical office doing everything from inputting charges, billing the insurance, verifying eligibility and customer service. I worked for years with a nationwide laboratory doing data entry to claims recovery. At this position I was promoted from lead to supervisor. I also worked at a claims analyst where I was responsible for finding trends and coming up with solutions for collecting the most money from the insurance company. I have worked with insurances from Blue Card, Aetna, Medicaid, Medicare and PPO/HMO plans. I also have excellent data entry speed and Typing with over WPM. I have taken excel classes and word.
